Economic Literacy Project, to provide a virtual space for faculty, staff, and students from across the country to deliberate about the future of our economy.
National Debt Dialogue
took place Tuesday, February 22, 2022, from 3 p.m.–5 p.m. ET via
Deliberative dialogues are guided conversations on a political or controversial topic that pushes beyond polarizing positions and provides a solution-focused approach to addressing the problem at hand. Participants were in smaller Zoom breakout rooms with students, faculty, and
staff from campuses across the country. The conversation was guided by a trained facilitator using the NIFI/Up to Us issue guide.
