Delia Heneghan

Delia Heneghan is the director of education – India at Sannam S4. Heneghan brings 25 years of senior, hands-on experience in higher education as an academic and specialist in international strategy and operations. This experience includes more than 15 years as a dean and director of international at a leading U.K. university with responsibility for the development and delivery of the internationalization strategy for the university, including student recruitment and partnership development.

Divya Sahni

Divya Sahni is the product manager for transnational education (TNE) at Sannam S4. She works on building the product strategy and roadmap for all TNE services provided by Sannam S4. Prior to this, she was the stakeholder relations manager at Sannam S4, wherein she developed policy advocacy efforts for clients. She has closely engaged with government officials in countries such as the U.S., U.K., Australia, New Zealand, and Canada to track policy changes and identify corresponding opportunities and challenges for clients.


Don Betz

Don Betz, executive director at AASCU, has enjoyed a distinguished career in higher education that spans more than 49 years, developing a reputation for collaborative leadership, team development, effective teaching and transformative learning. During that time, Betz has led three AASCU institutions as president/chancellor in Oklahoma and Wisconsin. His lifelong focus on international issues includes working for and with the United Nations and its affiliated non-government organizations.

Ishrat Jahan

Ishrat Jahan, senior manager of education, North America, at Sannam S4, is an international student mobility specialist with a decade of experience supporting higher education institutions with international student recruitment strategies, communications, and market differentiated brand positioning. At Sannam S4, Jahan serves as a solution and strategies professional to educational institutions in the U.S. and Canada, supporting international student recruitment, enrolment, collaborations, and partnerships with institutions abroad.
