We are pleased the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit ruled in favor of maintaining the temporary injunction on Executive Order 13769. During the pendency of the injunction, we expect federal agencies responsible for reviewing and implementing the executive order to continue their scrutiny of its scope, application and utility.
