This webinar will introduce actionable short- and long-term strategies for using the course schedule and academic program data to manage efficiencies while improving student success.

These one-hour, live webinars are designed for provosts, deans, department chairs, and other institutional leaders responsible for the course schedule, managing academic finances, and student success. Each webinar will include two to three panelists and Q&A with participants. Webinars will be recorded and hosted by AASCU.
