Kaley Martin

Kaley Martin is a project management specialist in strategic initiatives with the College of Continuing Education (CCE) at California State University, Sacramento (Sacramento State). Her primary focus is on adult learner re-engagement efforts—advising, re-enrolling, outreaching, and supporting discontinued Sacramento State learners to complete their degree. She leads efforts to address larger administrative and structural barriers that affect adult and returning learners through collaborative leadership and policy/practice change, in addition to re-engaging individual learners through HornetAttain! These efforts include Hornet Debt Reset and a streamlined readmission application. Prior to joining CCE in January 2020, Kaley spent 10 years as a community development consultant, supporting not-for-profits, government agencies, and higher education institutions in project management, program evaluation, strategic planning, and other activities to support systems-level change. She has a master’s degree in applied sociology and is passionate about improving the lives of learners and the community through higher education.
