Kristin Moser

Kristin Moser is assistant to the president and director of institutional effectiveness and planning at the University of Northern Iowa (UNI). She works closely with senior leaders on campus to provide data for decision support. She has created a network of data users and experts across campus at all levels, working to build understanding and campuswide buy-in, with transparency and data ethics front and center in her work. She has a Ph.D. from Iowa State University, an M.A. from Northern Arizona University, and a B.A. from UNI.
