Tom Wistrcill

Tom Wistrcill serves as commissioner of the Big Sky Conference, an NCAA Division I conference consisting of 10 member institutions in eight western states. Wistrcill currently serves on the NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Competition Committee and the Collegiate Football Officiating Committee. He was formerly the director of athletics at the University of Akron (OH) and previously worked in the athletic departments at both the University of Minnesota and the University of Wisconsin. Wistrcill also was a senior vice president at LEARFIELD, working in their corporate sales and marketing division. He has more than 28 years of experience in college athletics.
