Rondall E. Allen

Rondall E. Allen joined University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES) on July 1, 2015, as dean of the School of Pharmacy and Health Professions. Prior to coming to UMES, he served in many administrative roles at South University School of Pharmacy and Xavier University of Louisiana College of Pharmacy. Currently, he serves as the provost and vice president for academic affairs at UMES.
Allen was recently appointed to a four-year term by the governor to serve on the board of trustees for the Maryland Technology Development Corporation (TEDCO). TEDCO is responsible for providing funding, resources, and connections that early-stage technology and life sciences companies need to thrive in Maryland. He also serves on the board of directors for TidalHealth. Lastly, he is a trained site-team evaluator for the Accreditation Council of Pharmacy Education and has served as a consultant for several Schools/Colleges of Pharmacy.
