The China Studies Institute (CSI) is a multidisciplinary professional development institute focused on helping participants integrate Chinese studies into global learning opportunities on their campuses.

The 2024 CSI program, hosted in China between July 7-17, 2024, is tailored to concentrate on academic exchanges and partnership opportunities with institutions in China. This year’s program is exclusively crafted for senior administrators and staff engaged in developing or managing global learning opportunities at AASCU institutions. During the 10-day program, participants will have the chance to delve into the current trends of student mobility among Chinese students. The agenda will encompass comprehensive insights into the evolving policies and regulations in China, along with the expanding opportunities for American students who have an interest in studying within the country. The program will also include activities to ensure dialogue and collaboration between Chinese institutional leaders and program participants.
