Around 200–300 participants are expected. In addition to the AASCU delegation, universities from Jiangsu Province and local industries are invited. The event will also include one-on-one meetings to help build partnerships and explore collaboration opportunities between universities and companies.

There is no cost to attend the conference, but participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation. Participants are eligible for a 50% refund before Oct. 6.  Due to the nature of planning and coordination for an international trip, refunds will not be issued after Oct. 13, 2025.
