Dr. Werboff will share the origins and growth of the Coastal Carolina University arboretum, as well as the logistics of starting and expanding a campus arboretum and botanical garden, including aligning operations to reflect a new mission, developing impactful programming and essential collaborations, and overcoming challenges.
