Audrey Ellis

Audrey Ellis is the founder and principal of T3 Advisory, where she partners with colleges, systems, and intermediaries to support student success and institutional transformation—with a focus on equity-minded change management, guided pathways, and the strategic use of generative artificial intelligence. She leads research and strategy engagements that help institutions move from fragmented pilots to clearer governance, stronger implementation practices, and more sustainable adoption. Ellis recently completed her doctoral research on initiative fatigue at a community college, bringing a practical, campus-grounded lens to how leaders can build capacity for change while avoiding overload.
