Charles Black

Chuck Black became the director of the National Voter Friendly Campus in fall 2023 after having served as the Midwest regional manager. Currently, he is a graduate student in Temple University’s (PA) higher education program and also teaches as a corporate faculty member at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology (PA). Black earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Shippensburg University (PA) and a Master of Science in project management from Harrisburg University. In 2016, Black was nominated by Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf to the Shippensburg University Council of Trustees where he served for six years.
