Christina R. Caul

Christina Caul is a dedicated higher education leader with a passion for student success, access, and equity. As director of student success at Kentucky State University, she has spearheaded initiatives to enhance academic advising, improve retention, and co-direct a $1 million Title III program. Her expertise spans academic support, advising, and first-generation student initiatives, all aimed at fostering inclusive and engaging learning environments.
A Huntington, West Virginia, native, Caul’s educational journey began with Marshall University’s TRIO Upward Bound program. She earned a B.A. in sociology from Berea College (KY), an M.P.A. from Eastern Kentucky University, and an Ed.D. in educational leadership from Morehead State University (KY).
Committed to mentorship and institutional change, she finds fulfillment in empowering students to succeed and pursue careers in education. She actively collaborates with national organizations to drive meaningful progress in higher education.
