Crystal L. Miller, PhD has over 15 years of experience facilitating leadership and organizational development. Dr. Miller is an international and award-winning inclusive leadership expert that specializes in human development, diversity, equity, inclusion, executive coaching, and mindfulness. She currently serves as a Chief Learning Officer and Organizational Strategist in the technology industry. Her focus centers on shaping professional learning products and fostering inclusive leadership within the organizational landscape. Simultaneously, she serves as an executive coach at the prestigious Center for Creative Leadership and as faculty at the Fowler College of Business at San Diego State University. In her previous role, Dr. Miller directed leadership initiatives for the California State University, overseeing professional development across its 23 campuses, the largest higher education system in the nation.
