Ioana Hulbert

Ioana G. Hulbert is a senior program manager at Ithaka S+R, where she focuses on strategic initiatives and research centered on understanding and strengthening postsecondary value and public trust. A political scientist by training, Ioana’s expertise is in quantitative methods, particularly survey design and methodology. She is passionate about helping universities, funders, policymakers, and scholars develop evidence-based solutions to furthering higher education’s public good mission. Prior to joining Ithaka S+R, Ioana worked as a senior analyst in institutional research at the University of New England. Ioana holds a PhD in political science from Northeastern University.
