Jennifer Ziegler

Jennifer Ziegler is vice president of customer success and compliance at Gray Decision Intelligence (Gray DI). A former faculty member and academic administrator, Ziegler now helps Gray DI’s higher education clients discover external markets for academic programs and understand their internal program economics in order to make strategic, data-informed decisions about the academic portfolio. Ziegler also contributes to corporate growth at Gray DI by leading compliance in information security, human resources, and contracting. She holds multiple cybersecurity certifications and a graduate certificate in data science from her alma mater, Georgetown University (DC).
