Kai Drekmeier

Kai Drekmeier has made a life commitment to helping others as a leader and innovator in the field of education. At InsideTrack, Drekmeier is responsible for fundraising and establishing new, high-impact programs that support student and organizational success. As a founder of the company, Drekmeier has overseen the growth of InsideTrack from three employees to several hundred and has managed key functions critical to the organization’s success, including coaching method development, performance management, professional development, and recruiting. In 2016, Drekmeier was listed as one of the most innovative people in higher education by the Washington Monthly. Prior to InsideTrack, Drekmeier co-founded SCORE! Educational Centers, where he helped develop the concept and served in a number of key operational roles crucial to the success and growth of the organization. Previously, Drekmeier worked in secondary education and received a B.A. in psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
