Lauren Wright is the director of program strategy at Wiley. She leads the academic program strategy for university partners, implementing best practices and processes in online learning, including program strategy and design, curriculum mapping, course design and production, and faculty development. Wright is responsible for shaping the thought leadership strategy and approach that examines how student preferences for online learning and faculty preferences for online design and teaching have evolved in the post-COVID-19 learning environment. Wright has been growing the capabilities of organizations through learning design, organizational design, design thinking, management, and leadership for more than two decades. Wright earned her B.A. in psychology from the University of California, Irvine and an M.A. in counseling psychology from the University of Denver.
