Leonard Taylor’s research focuses on investigating and improving how student success commitments are enacted at higher education institutions. Using various organizational theories and methodological approaches, he works to understand and interrogate how administrators, faculty and staff members, and other postsecondary stakeholders use research, data, and promising practices to enhance postsecondary outcomes. His work has been funded through the National Science Foundation, the Gates Foundation, Lumina Foundation, ACPA—College Student Educators International, as well as other national and local entities. Taylor earned his Ph.D. in organizational leadership and policy development from the University of Minnesota.
