Lyquaia Purcell

Lyquaia Purcell is a passionate technologist, thought leader, and advocate for improving access to credentials and degrees. She currently serves as the senior director of digital transformation at Ellucian, where she drives transformative initiatives that empower institutions to achieve strategic and operational success. Her work focuses on enabling systemwide and statewide transformation through the scalable adoption of technology, creating impactful processes that support student success and institutional growth. Before joining Ellucian, Purcell held leadership roles across the educational technology sector, including vice president of enrollment success, where she developed solutions that removed financial barriers for students, boosting access, enrollment, and completion rates. Her campus experience includes serving as assistant vice president for enrollment management and enrollment management marketing and communications strategist, where she specialized in strategic planning, student engagement inclusion, and belonging initiatives. Purcell holds a B.S. in family and consumer science from the University of Georgia and a Master of Education in higher education administration from Georgia Southern University.
