Marylin Rodriguez is a seasoned international education professional and practitioner with over 14 years of experience in crafting innovative and inclusive curricula and training programs. Her former roles include serving as an assistant principal at a high-performing charter school in California, working as a world language instructor in North Carolina and Washington, D.C., and working as a program manager for European Social Fund employability programs in London.
Currently serving as the senior curriculum and training manager for the Polarization and Extremism Research and Innovation Lab at American University (DC), she leverages her expertise in adult learning and educational leadership to develop comprehensive training modules for the higher education space.
Rodriguez holds a Bachelor of Arts in international studies and Hispanic studies from Trinity College (CT). She was the recipient of the esteemed Fulbright Award, where she was an English teaching assistant in Uruguay and served as an alumni ambassador following her grant. Rodriguez’s commitment to knowledge and sharing extends to her contributions to various publications on topics such as reproductive health and cultural anthropology.
