Patrice Moorer

Patrice Moorer currently serves as assistant vice president of academic affairs at the University of West Florida in Pensacola. Under her leadership, she directs student success and graduation initiatives through the Office of Academic Advocacy and Graduation Success. Moorer joined the staff at the university in 2013 as the director for student retention initiatives and was previously the assistant dean of Hal Marcus College of Science and Engineering.

Moorer is a U.S. Navy veteran with a bachelor’s degree in business from Southern New Hampshire University. She earned a master’s degree in counseling from Mercer University in Atlanta, Georgia, and an educational doctorate at the University of West Florida.
