Samantha Raynor

Samantha Raynor’s career has focused specifically on transfer, adult learner, first-generation, low-income, and racial/ethnic minority student populations. As a former assistant vice provost, she’s had responsibility for academic support services, transfer student success and community college partnerships, support for math pathways, and various grant-funded initiatives requiring cross-institutional collaboration. Her experience spans small, private liberal arts institutions, large research universities, and regional comprehensive universities, as well as experience working in a state university system office. As a technical assistance partner, she works with mission-driven organizations in the higher education landscape to add capacity to complex projects as a subject matter expert, project manager, program evaluator, and change management coach.
