Tammy Cox has worked as a building automation controls technician for 25 years. Cox controls all elements of the mechanical systems at the University of Washington Bothell (UWB) campus along with lighting. Cox is also a journeyman electrician and a Certified Energy Auditor with the Association of Energy Engineers. Cox’s biggest role with UWB is lowering the university’s carbon footprint with creative programming with its HVAC and lighting systems and participating with future improvements to reach UWB’s energy goals.
