Voter Education and Engagement Resource Collection

ADP participating campuses have undertaken an array of voter projects and activities designed to increase the number of college and university students who will accept the most fundamental obligation of a citizen in a democracy: casting informed votes for candidates standing for public office.

The following is a collection of information, events, materials and toolkits intended to help college and university campuses involve students in local, state and national elections.

  • Civic Knowledge: Help increase understanding of civic issues and candidate positions.
  • Dialogue: Foster dialogue as a way to bridge divides and make deliberative decisions.
  • Free Speech: Support free speech on campus.
  • Funding: Find funding for civic activities and voter initiatives.
  • Mis/Disinformation and AI: Combat mis- and disinformation as well as understand the effects for artificial intelligence on the information landscape.
  • Polarization/Disagreement: Address polarization and tools for disagreeing better.
  • Voting Initiatives and Civic Action: Help build campus voter initiatives (e.g., voter registration and get out the vote campaigns) and other civic actions (e.g., issue campaigns and being a poll worker).
