Ikeia Miller is a senior manager for the ASA Center for Career Navigation at Jobs for the Future (JFF), where she leads youth engagement initiatives that ensure young people have the information, skills, experiences, and support they need to access quality jobs and build thriving careers. During her time at JFF, she has also driven national strategies to strengthen postsecondary and workforce systems, including through network engagement and technical assistance for state and local education initiatives.
Prior to joining JFF, Miller served as project director of high school partnerships at HERE to HERE, a Bronx-based intermediary focused on aligning schools, employers, and community-based organizations to create career pathways for young adults.
Miller brings a decade of experience in educational leadership, youth development, and cross-sector collaboration. She holds a master’s in educational leadership, politics, and advocacy from New York University and a B.A. in psychology from the University of South Carolina.
