The registration fee of $1950.00 will cover all lodging, travel within Glacier NP, and meals from noon on Monday, June 15, 2026 until the program concludes before noon on Friday, June 19, 2026. Please verify that you will be able to join the full in-person program and that you understand our payment requirements and refund policy.

Payment Policy: After you complete this registration form, AASCU staff will send a link to process payment. Once the full payment of $1950.00 has been made, you will be considered a cohort participant.

Request for refunds: AASCU will fully refund your payment if you provide Ellen Knutson a written refund request by January 16, 2026. After that date, refunds will not be issued.

Travel & Logistics

The Glacier Institute’s Field Camp is located inside Glacier National Park’s West Entrance. Field Camp consists of five rustic cabins with twin-size beds that can house up to five guests each; there is a separate community bathhouse with private bathrooms and hot showers.

Lodging*

Participants can arrange their own lodging within Glacier NP and arrange transportation to/from Field Camp to join in our activities each day. The full registration fee of $1950.00 would need to be paid, and limitations exist on participant numbers, availability of Glacier NP accommodations, and logistics in joining nighttime activities.

The Field Camp accommodations are suitable for me.

I will arrange alternative lodging but will pay the full registration fee to be part of the cohort experience.

Travel to the program*

Follow up with Ellen Knutson to coordinate on arrival/departure times, parking and park passes, or future travel decisions.
