Crystal A. Wymer-Lucero

With over 20 years of experience in public higher education, Crystal A. Wymer-Lucero serves as the Director of Alumni Relations at California State University, San Bernardino. A proud two-time alumna of CSUSB, she holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and a master’s in integrated marketing. In 2025, she earned her doctorate, focusing her dissertation on engaging alumni in student recruitment.

In her role, Crystal leads the alumni engagement team, overseeing strategic initiatives that foster lifelong connections between the university and its 130,000+ alumni worldwide. She manages volunteer leadership programs, regional and student engagement efforts, alumni marketing, and digital outreach campaigns. Under her leadership, CSUSB Alumni Relations has achieved national recognition, earning prestigious awards and setting industry benchmarks for institutional alumni engagement.
