Nadir Settles

Nadir Settles leads an international team across the U.S., Europe, and Asia-Pacific in identifying and pursuing relevant real estate impact investments, while growing the overall sector. In addition, Settles is responsible for all aspects of New York office real estate investments and has portfolio management responsibilities for a New York City Property strategy.

His experience includes various positions from asset management, portfolio management, acquisitions, and product development. Prior to joining Nuveen Real Estate in 2012, Settles was involved in both asset management and acquisitions roles at Silverstein Properties and RLJ Lodging Trust (formally RLJ Development LLC).

Settles graduated with a B.A. in business administration from St. John’s University (NY), an MBA from Villanova School of Business (PA), and an M.S. in real estate finance from New York University.
