Sara Skretta

Sara Skretta is the senior director of accreditation, placement and licensure at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln’s College of Education and Human Sciences. With over 30 years of P–20 experience as a teacher, administrator, placement coordinator, and certification officer, she collaborates closely with school districts, agencies, and professional organizations to promote best practices in educator preparation. Skretta chairs the American Association of Colleges for Teacher Education Membership Outreach and Engagement Committee, is past president of the Nebraska Association of Colleges for Teacher Education, and serves on the American Association of School Personnel Administrators Legislative Committee. She also holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
