With close to 30 years of management experience—including spending the last three years as chief operating officer for Sodexo’s campus business in the eastern half of the U.S.—Thetford has a proven track record of operational excellence, client retention and sales growth, stewardship, and operational strategic planning. He also works to create an environment where people take pride in their work and are excited about what they do. This approach ensures that his employees work diligently to match the goals and mission of Sodexo’s dining services with those of campus partners.
